Music Day Camp
When: Tuesday, September 1, 2009

Where: Ironwood Springs, Stewartville

Time: 9:00-7:00PM

Registration: 8:00-9:00AM

Cost: $30

Dinner: At 5:00PM and is included for choir member, Families are $7 per person and 3 yrs. old and under are free.

Parent meeting: 5:45PM

Concert: 6:00PM

The $30 registration fee includes a T-shirt, snacks, crafts, a whole day of FUN singing, supper and a concert at the end of the day.

What to bring: a sack lunch and $30 for registration. Current members bring your black dress to try on for the upcoming season.

A parent meeting will be held after dinner to talk about the upcoming season. It is important that at least one member per family attends. Any questions or concerns contact Lorie Leske @ 286-8598 or Diane Toogood @ 289-6644.

Please RSVP by August 14th to Cherie Uecker @ 282-2419 or by email @ ueckcattle03@yahoo.com as we need to know T-shirt size, if you need help with carpooling, and number coming for dinner (not including girls).

Rehearsal Location
Rehearsals usually take place in the Lourdes High School Auditorium.
621 West Center Street
Enter the building using the door on the south side of the school(off of Center Street).
Rehearsal time is 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM.

Attendance
Every voice is important. Attendance is taken at each rehearsal and concert.
If your daughter will be tardy or absent from a rehearsal or performance please call: Cheri Uecker @282-2419

Inclement Weather
Rehearsals will not be held in case of bad weather. If school is closed or dismissed early, choir rehearsal will not be held that day either.

Auditions To Join RAGC
If you wish to join the RAGC or know someone who may, please contact either Diane Toogood @ 289-6644 or Lorie Leske @ 286-8598 to arrange an audition by appointment. No preparation is necessary.
